The M Factor: Shredding the Silence on Menopause Screening Party

Our Vision

We imagine a world where the impact of our $1.8 trillion economy (in 2023 alone), connects us to time freedom, expansive opportunities, and belonging, together.

With almost 85% of women experiencing menopausal symptoms that can negatively impact mindset, money, and mojo, we need a home where we can BELONG while BUILDING.

We The Aunties is the home of female founders who dare make JOY a MUST not a maybe while building their dreams come true.

Who really has time to go into deep Google searches about menopause management, send a volley of text messages to get funding tips, and scroll social media in the twilight hours for lifelong learning for women events? Uhm, not us.Time as our most finite resource.

Picture this productivity hack instead: you belong to ONE central joy-centered community that is dedicated to your unique viewpoints as a female founder over 40?

We The Aunties is that joy-fueled community. We get us because we are us. Find support and inspiration to take that calculated risk, embrace the next chapter of your life, and be the main character in your next intentional chapter!

Our Why

Society has failed us.

Three stats that show why we must save ourselves.

75% of women who face menopause get no “help,” from the medical profession (MidiHealth, 2024)

$26.6 billion: The amount lost in the US economy due to menopause-related productivity challenges

(Mayo Clinic, 2023)

Upwards of 40% of us experience perimenopausal depression

(Harvard, 2021)

Houston, we have a problem. Society has failed us, but we will not fail each other.

Between the merry-go-round of menopause, elder care, empty nesting, adult children moving back in, unexpected work exits, expansions to our own business, and increased retirement ages...

We need each other, now more than ever.

Our right to live intentionally, joyfully, and sustainably by harnessing our professional, lived, and spiritual experiences in a joy-centered community is paramount.

WE GOT PLANS FOR JOY!

When menopause almost killed Davida Elizabeth Arnold, the veteran corporate marketer & Michelin recommended restaurateur went into community-building mode: founding We The Aunties, her women’s wellness collaborative supporting menopausal women through online & in-person workshops, retreats, & joy-fueled experiences.

"100% of women who age will experience menopause, 80% of them will NOT get the medical support they seek, & Black women over-index by 50% for debilitating vasomotor symptoms like extreme hot flashes versus their counterparts.  Houston we have a problem and it ain't Whitney," says We The Aunties founder Davida Elizabeth Arnold."
